http://news.livedoor.com/article/detail/11290905/

Yes, Trump’s call for a Muslim ban, his spewing of conspiracies theories about 9/11 and Iraq, his embrace of Russian President Vladimir Putin and Middle East dictators, and his calls for protesters to be “roughed up” are all repulsive. But for many Americans, the left’s smash-mouth tactics are repulsive as well.
 Trump understands this, which is why he is milking the protests to his advantage. He is using them to rally blue-collar America by saying we’re not going to take this anymore — we are not going to bow to the Alinskyite tactics of the radical left.

 ・・・in the United States, globalization is widely accepted as a contributor to both wage stagnation and the growth in inequality. For example, the real wage for blue-collar manufacturing workers in the United States is essentially unchanged over the past 35 years, while productivity in the sector is up more than 200 percent.
 We should no longer buy the statistically strained arguments about F.T.A.s delivering growth and jobs. The evidence just isn’t there・・・
Over the last 50 years, our trade volume as a share of gross domestic product has climbed steadily, tripling to 30 percent from 10 percent, regardless of whether we were signing F.T.A.s.・・・
  We won’t trade less because we’re not signing the next F.T.A.

 Russia's exit from Syria a move military analysts never saw coming
 “Nobody wanted to deal with Russia after Ukraine, and the goal of the Syria campaign was to force the west to deal with Russia again,” said independent military analyst Alexander Golts. “This has happened, and now they are getting out of the conflict with minimal losses. I think it’s a pretty brilliant tactical move.”

Mr Putin’s Syrian adventure may have strengthened Moscow’s hand, at least temporarily. But when it comes to Syria’s future, the Russian president’s declaration of “mission accomplished” may be no more lasting than when a previous American president uttered those words months after the beginning of the Iraq war in May 2003.
http://blogs.ft.com/the-exchange/2016/03/14/putins-syria-success-has-come-at-an-amazing-cost/
It appears that Russia may be recalibrating its support for Assad in order to pressure him to make concessions at the negotiating table,・・・So far there’s been no indication that Assad’s willing to cave on much of anything.”
  Sen. John McCain, a longtime critic of the Obama administration, said Putin’s actions demonstrated the Kremlin’s satisfaction with the results of its intervention.
 The announcement “signals Vladimir Putin’s belief that he has bombed and killed enough of the opponents of the murderous Assad regime to ensure its survival,” McCain said in a statement, warning that the war will likely grind on without conclusion.
