これって公務員はクズだけど村人は普通じゃね？

被害者の女性を１回目に発見した村人は、彼女と同一村内の知り合いだった可能性があるし、２回目に発見した村人だって、彼女の村と婚姻圏内かなんかの村の人であって、彼女の知り合いだった可能性がある。
他方、公務員は、（その大部分の連中が「公」務員意識が欠如しているらしいことに加えて、）広域異動があるだろうからね。彼女は見ず知らずだったはずだ。
そのため、前者じゃたまたま非人間主義が顕在化しなかったけれど、後者では顕在化した、という可能性が高い、とボクはふんでいる。
いずれにせよ、公務員がこんなザマじゃ、非公務員の間で公の観念や人間主義が醸成されっこないないわさ。
おっとろしい社会だねえ。
とはいえ、日本の公務員にも恥ずかしいのがいるけどね・・。↓
