数年掛けて"冷やし続けている"にも係わらず、冷却を止めると温度が上昇し始め、次第に熱暴走しだす【使用済み燃料棒】
「再臨界は起きない」
↑現在の炉心溶融を止めることが出来、尚且つ"今後も効率的に冷やし続けることが出来れば"…という"希望的前提"のもとの話。
現時点および、今後何らかの改善みつけることが出来ず、冷却が上手く行かない場合は、最悪のシナリオが待っている。
「チェルノブイリにはならない」

"同様の事故"にはならないかも知れんが、別の意味で【もっと悲惨な事故】になる可能性がある

『水陸両用ブルドーザー』：無線遠隔操縦によって、浚渫（しゅんせつ）船の出入りできない浅瀬や狭い水路での作業を行う。
