遅れていると言えば、日本の政治が台湾よりも遅れている部分はありますよ。
民進党政権時代に副大統領・・日本で言えば副総理・・は女性でしたし、現在の台湾のファーストレディーはキャリアウーマンです。
（ちなみに、米大統領オバマの夫人も、英首相ブラウン（と前首相ブレア）の夫人もキャリアウーマンです。）
どちらも、日本ではまだ実現されてないでしょ。
日本の今度のファーストレディーの幸（みゆき。66歳）さんだって、大変申し訳ないけど、専業主婦のアッパラパーだもんね。

憲法改正について、
もしもこの日本人にローマ人が助言を与えるとしたら、
どのように言うでしょうか。
A：
一部の日本人が主張するような、普通の国になるための憲法改正ではなく、普通の憲法にするための憲法改正を勧めるでしょう。
日本人は、ユダヤ教徒ではない。
日本国憲法は、神が人間に与えたものではありません。
ゆえにそれを死守するのは、自己矛盾以外のなにものでもない。
この自己矛盾から抜け出すのが、まずは先決されるべき課題ですね。
憲法改正には国会議員の三分の二の賛成を必要とし、さらに国民投票で過半数を得る必要があると定めた第九十六条を、国会の過半数さえ獲得すれば改正は可、とするように改めるのです。
これにも国会議員の三分の二の賛成と国民投票での過半数が必要になるのは、もちろんのことです。
しかし、憲法改正条項である第九十六条の改正が成ってはじめて、ユダヤ教徒でもない日本人が、神が与えたわけでもない憲法にふれることさえ不可能という、非論理的な自己矛盾から解放されることになる。
第九条を改めるか否かは、その後で議論さるべき問題と思います。
『ローマは一日にして成らず』

全部、自称七生サンのジョークかもしれないけど、憲法改正反対勢力は、憲法９条改正のための憲法改正同様、そのような憲法改正にも猛烈に反対するでしょうね。
要するに、そんなこと試みるのは時間と経費の無駄です。

左翼については存じませんが、サヨクのつもりのぼくとしては、国際法上認められてる国家の権利は担保しておくべきだと思ってます。
つまりその権利を行使したい主権者が多数であれば行使できる状態に。
＜太田＞
そう、そのためには、政府解釈の変更をやればいいのだし、それ以外に方法はないのです。
記事の紹介です。

鳩山はこう↑言ってるけど、小沢は選挙が終わってから、この↓ように「政策」に影響を及ぼしており、民主党は既に権力の二重構造になっちゃってるね。

On Thursday, witnesses described chanting crowds marching with Chinese flags, as well as moments of violence. At least one Uighur was beaten by a crowd as paramilitary police officers watched, said one witness. The police erected roadblocks, and schools were shut down.
Many protesters yelled, “Wang Lequan（＜王樂泉。コラム#3385、3388、3406＞）, step down!” referring to the powerful regional secretary of the Communist Party who has run Xinjiang for 15 years. Mr. Wang, a member of the ruling Politburo（中国共産党政治局）, has been widely criticized by Uighurs and foreign scholars of Xinjiang as a hard-liner whose policies have widened the divides among Hans, Uighurs and other ethnicities. But the Han frustration with him is based on criticism that he has not been harsh enough with the Uighurs.・・・
