コラム#3173はタイムリーであり（太田さんの）＜小沢らに関する＞所見にも合点がいきます。
ここに記述されている内容には、国政に参加できる私たち有権者にとって多くの留意すべき点が見受けられます。これらが広く知れ渡ってほしいと願うばかりです。
インターネットが著しく発達した現在でさえ、ネットよりも伝達能力の高い媒体であるテレビ、とくに視聴者からの信頼が厚いNHKには、このような多様な見解について、公正に報道してほしいと思います。
ちなみに昨夜（３月２５日）から明朝にかけて「NHK平成21年度予算審議」が放映されます。国会中継を中途で打ち切ったり、極めて重要な委員会は中継しなかったり、政府および省庁の一方的な発表内容のみに重きを置いたりと、納得できないNHKの報道姿勢は"チェンジ"できないのでしょうか。

個人的には、ツリー形式の板は読むのに時間がとられる気がして、敬遠がちです。
ミクシィはその点使い勝手が自分にとっては良いです。単に慣れの問題かもしれませんが。
あまりディベートはしたくないのと、目立ちたくないので書き込みを躊躇う、というのも私の場合はあります。しかし既に、ここで充分出しゃばっている気もしますが。

掲示板への投稿が減った理由としては、（私を含めた）読者の皆さんが、michisuzuさん（に対しての太田さんの対応）にうんざりした、というのもあるのではないでしょうか。
去年の暮れから少し前までのmichisuzuさん以前に「会話のキャッチボール」ができないような人に対して太田さんは、その人の言うことやその人自身の問題について誰にも分かる形で指摘し、その指摘を内容以前に「理解」できない人に対しては、個別に反論する必要があること以外は、まともに相手をしてこなかったと思います。
しかし太田さんは、そのような人達と「同類」と思われるmichisuzuさんに対しては、違う対応をしてきました。
michisuzuさんについて私は、女男以前に「人」としての問題であると捉えていたので、太田さんの「女性」という理由付けにいまいち理解も納得もできていませんでした。正直、うんざりしていた気持ちもありました。じゃあ今までの人達とmichisuzuさんとの差別化の理由はなんなの？と。差別すること自体が問題ではなく、太田さんがそうした理由をちゃんと「知りたい」ということです。「理由」が「分かれば」なんであれ納得も何らかの結論を出すこともできます。
ただそれは、言葉にすることできることではなかったり、今までのやり取りで理解できなければそれは理解できないということだ、といったこともあるので、そのことだけでも「分かりたい」というのが正直なところです。

太田さんは、男女間の脳の反応のしかたには異差があり、それを前提とした性差を最初から折込み、その上で個別の個性に即した対応をされているので、弱い器(思考することに不利な性)であると太田さんが認定されている女性に、最初はハンディの加点を付加して対応されていると認識しています。
その上で、歴然とした個人の好みによる区別は誰にもあるので、善意の方向がある特定のベクトルで働く事は妨げようがない。太田さんには「○○さん」ではなく「○○ちゃん」であった、そう言う事だと思い、私はコミュニケーションのキャッチボールを拝見しています。
ナックルやツーシームが含まれる太田さんの球筋を見ていて、太田さんと言論のキャッチボールするという事はタフな精神が必要とされるんだなぁと、感じています。私は女性なので、太田さんの私への第一打席の球筋は、緩い直球を投げ返していただいたのだろうと思っています。
能力と経験と情報の量において圧倒的強者である方々の、うんざり感や苛立ちや孤独といった物も理解しているつもりです。

遠江人さん、私の問題提起は、どうしてミクシィの太田コミュや太田ブログの各コラムへの投稿に比べて太田述正掲示板への投稿が少ないのか、というものだった（つもりな）ので、文十郎さんも遠江人さんも、様相は異なるけれど、そもそもボタンを掛け違えておられますよ。
しかし、通常そんな勘違いをするはずがない遠江人さんが、目を曇らされたのはどうしてか、を僭越ながら考えて見ると、その原因はまさにmichisuzuちゃんの、標準偏差から大きくはずれた感じの「言論」の持つ不思議な魔力に行き着かざるをえないのではないでしょうか。
例えば、天皇の戦争責任についての議論が盛り上がったけれど、そのすべてがmichisuzuちゃんの一言から始まったことはご記憶でしょう。
また、コラム#3089での彼女とMs.Nelsonのやりとりなどは、最近のディスカッションシリーズ中の白眉ではないでしょうか。
（そのしばらく前、michisuzuちゃんが、Ms.Nelsonに激しく反発したのを遠江人さんが強くたしなめたられたことがありますよね（コラム#3055、3057）。あの時も遠江人さんとんだ勘違いをされている、と感じたところです。Ms.Nelsonの反応を再読されることをお奨めします。）
恐らく読者の間で投票すれば、彼女の退出を惜しむ声の方が圧倒的に多いのではないでしょうか。
なお私は、彼女は、しばらく前から、疲れが蓄積して退出する潮時を図っていたのであろうと推察しています。
最後に、やはり女性の深雪さん（長いのでハンドルネーム、圧縮させてもらってます）。

一方で、「形式的にせよ、実際に献金を振り込んでくれたのは政治団体であり、収支報告書にはその通り記載した」とも供述。完全には認めてはいないともいわれる。・・・」

私にとってはこの上もなく懐かしい思い出が胸をよぎります。

そう、そのちょうど20年前の1988年の秋、私は、ダル湖のハウスボート・・浮かぶ旅館・・で、英国防省の大学校のインド亜大陸研修旅行の一環として一泊したのです。
Hand-carved cedar houseboats were first introduced in Dal Lake by the British as early as 1888. At the time, British troops stationed in present-day Pakistan escaped the scorching lowland summers in cooler Kashmir. The beloved houseboats - many with incongruous monikers such as The Buckingham Palace, Mona Lisa and Helen of Troy - soon become symbolic of "the Kashmir holiday", and staying in one was considered a once-in-a-lifetime experience. ・・・
About 1,200 houseboats are moored year-round at Dal Lake and their raw sewage goes directly into the water. Local officials claim that roughly 100,000 liters of untreated human waste enter the lake from the houseboats each day.
Although the construction of new houseboats stopped in 1991, the existent boats continue to operate without any change of design. Now, in what they claim is a bid to save famous Dal Lake from extinction, authorities in India-administered Kashmir have ordered a ban on the houseboats moored in its waters.
The state high court, which has been hearing the case, has given the option of installing a US$4,000 sewage treatment device, but houseboat owners say they don't have the financial means as two decades of violent insurgency in Kashmir have dried up the tourist dollars. ・・・

ちょっと長いけど、英語の不得手な人も、特に女性は、ぜひ字引を引きながら読んでみてください。もちろん、典拠に直接あたっていただければ、なお結構ですが・・。
お目々がでんぐりがえること請け合いです。
My son Luca was about three days old when the pretty nurse left a white slip of paper on my hospital bed. "What's this?" Apparently la reeducation perineale started after the first world war when all the young men were killed and the women needed to procreate fast to produce as many little Frenchmen as possible. By doing pelvic exercises it was reasoned that they would be in shape to have sex - and, in turn, more children - more quickly. I dutifully did as I was told, but it took me about a month to muster the courage to go to the kinesitherapist, or kine - similar to a physiotherapist - a plump woman from Alsace called Sophie. I started getting nervous when I heard her snap on the rubber gloves. I became more nervous when she approached me with a "sonde" which looked like a white, electric wand. Please God, no, I thought, preparing to leap off the table.
Sophie paid no attention. She wielded the sonde like a weapon and made her move. Once it was in place, she said "OK, squeeze," in French. Then she told me to close my eyes and visualise. I closed my eyes because I was mortified, and the squeezing continued for the next 15 minutes.
I talked to other young mothers, all French, about the horror of it, and they thought I was being a drama queen. What was the big deal? It was a nice period of relaxation, wasn't it? I told them I would rather have 15 minutes lying in bed reading Paris Match.
I went to 10 sessions, all paid for by the French state, and then my doctor gave me a prescription for 10 more, this time for my abdominal muscles. Yes, I was prescribed a private trainer, paid for with taxpayers' money, to help get my stomach back in trim. This is, of course, the reason all French women fit into skinny jeans a month after giving birth. ・・・

But it's also possible that even men are ready to learn that women make better leaders than they know. A Pew Research survey last year showed that the public rates women equal or superior to men in seven of the eight qualities they value most highly in leadership. The results were striking on the questions of honesty and intelligence, which registered as the two most important characteristics of leadership, and which lately have been in relatively short supply. On these dimensions, women were more than twice as likely to be rated superior to men ? by both women and men.
Male cognitive patterns of linear, command-and-control thinking are no longer optimal ? either with Gen-Y talent in the workplace, or with geopolitical conflict around the world. We're heading into an era when we need leadership that enlists self-interest in support of the larger outcome ? less transactional and more transformational. Rather than punishing failure or reinforcing conflict, motivating progress. ・・・

My son Luca was about three days old when the pretty nurse left a white slip of paper on my hospital bed. "What's this?" I said, confused, sitting up from the chair where I was struggling to breastfeed. The nurse smiled seductively and lowered her voice. "C'est pour votre mari," she purred mysteriously. It's for your husband.
The prescription was for a post-birth tradition in France, a procedure known as la reeducation perineale apres accouchement (perineal retraining after childbirth). I am far too puritanical and squeamish to discuss in detail what is actually involved, but it's a ritual nearly every French mother goes through. Let's just say it's like an extended course of gymnastics for the pelvic area, which also involves electric devices being used to strengthen the birth canal muscles. "It's so you can make love again!" shouted one of my very open-minded French friends. "And to get pregnant fast again! And make lots more babies again!" ・・・
Apparently la reeducation perineale started after the first world war when all the young men were killed and the women needed to procreate fast to produce as many little Frenchmen as possible. By doing pelvic exercises it was reasoned that they would be in shape to have sex - and, in turn, more children - more quickly. I dutifully did as I was told, but it took me about a month to muster the courage to go to the kinesitherapist, or kine - similar to a physiotherapist - a plump woman from Alsace called Sophie. I started getting nervous when I heard her snap on the rubber gloves. I became more nervous when she approached me with a "sonde" which looked like a white, electric wand. Please God, no, I thought, preparing to leap off the table.
Sophie paid no attention. She wielded the sonde like a weapon and made her move. Once it was in place, she said "OK, squeeze," in French. Then she told me to close my eyes and visualise. I closed my eyes because I was mortified, and the squeezing continued for the next 15 minutes.
I talked to other young mothers, all French, about the horror of it, and they thought I was being a drama queen. What was the big deal? It was a nice period of relaxation, wasn't it? I told them I would rather have 15 minutes lying in bed reading Paris Match.
I went to 10 sessions, all paid for by the French state, and then my doctor gave me a prescription for 10 more, this time for my abdominal muscles. Yes, I was prescribed a private trainer, paid for with taxpayers' money, to help get my stomach back in trim. This is, of course, the reason all French women fit into skinny jeans a month after giving birth. ・・・

What's clear is that, on average, men overestimate their IQ while women underestimate theirs. And that may be a clue, in terms of effectiveness: While decisiveness and risk-taking matter, hubris (too often male) creates problems. Humility and collaboration (more often female) solve them. What explains the difference?
It could simply be a matter of emotional need, reinforced by generations of gender stereotyping. Seeking competition and challenge, guys do tend to cast things in shades of conflict: defaulting to a win/lose, right ("my") position versus wrong ("yours").・・・ there's no doubt that social stability is compromised by masculine habits such as hostile takeovers, and paying enormous retention bonuses to men who've driven a business into the ground and have already left.
The difference could be evolutionary. Primordial hunters (men) had to make rapid decisions and act on them, right or wrong, but quickly. Chase that bunny! Club that rival! Run away! Gatherers (women), meanwhile, needed an awareness of the larger context ? knowing which berry bushes would ripen when, how to keep the kids from clonking each other with rocks, and generally holding the tribe together and getting things done.
Or, in a world where our reverence for stature remains primitive, it's possible women just have to be more creative, collaborative, and clever when they average five inches shorter and 27 pounds lighter than men.
But it's also possible that even men are ready to learn that women make better leaders than they know. A Pew Research survey last year showed that the public rates women equal or superior to men in seven of the eight qualities they value most highly in leadership. The results were striking on the questions of honesty and intelligence, which registered as the two most important characteristics of leadership, and which lately have been in relatively short supply. On these dimensions, women were more than twice as likely to be rated superior to men ? by both women and men.
Male cognitive patterns of linear, command-and-control thinking are no longer optimal ? either with Gen-Y talent in the workplace, or with geopolitical conflict around the world. We're heading into an era when we need leadership that enlists self-interest in support of the larger outcome ? less transactional and more transformational. Rather than punishing failure or reinforcing conflict, motivating progress. ・・・

小沢退陣を求めた最初の民主党議員の一人である小宮山さんの例を見ても、もっともっと女性に政治家や経営者になってもらわなければなりません。
いや、当分は政治や経営は女性に任せた方がいいかもしれませんよ。
