http://www6.nhk.or.jp/kokusaihoudou/archive/archive.html?i=160314

→シリア国内には、「旅団」や「戦線」などを名乗る、大小100以上の反政府勢力が、乱立しています。これ等がまとまれば、アサド政権にとっては逆に叩き易く、和平協議は初めから上手くいくわけないので、ロシアは此処までお膳立てしたのではないでしょうか。

・・・over time, the mission’s costs have soared and the benefits have waned. As for costs, the Russian air force ran out of “smart bombs”--munitions that can hit targets with pinpoint accuracy--after the first few days of airstrikes (this is why its jets hit so many civilians and hospitals), and it is now fast running out of dumb bombs as well. In other words, in addition to his many economic and political problems at home, Putin cannot keep this up for much longer.・・・http://www.slate.com/articles/news_and_politics/war_stories/2016/03/russia_s_withdrawal_from_syria_bodes_poorly_for_bashar_al_assad.html

 竹宮恵子の過激・性マンガについて、本人等に語らせている記事だ。↓

The godmother of manga sex in Japan・・・
She asserts that while the intention may be to protect women and children, the effects will be counterproductive as manga has given women an outlet for their own sexual expression.
"A ban on sexual violence in manga would effectively be a ban on the hard-won achievements and expression of female artists. Banning artistic expression will neither change or improve reality."
For other observers, it is self-censorship that is the worry as there is precedent for this in Japanese society.
 <浮世絵の春画の中には、男女のからみの絵の中によく幼児が登場している、とさ。

Writer Mari Hashimoto, an expert on Japanese classical art, points out that first major exhibition of the classical erotic shunga (literally, "spring pictures") could be held in Japan in 2015 only after the success of major international exhibitions.
In shunga, Ms Hashimoto explains, it was standard to depict a small child next to parents having sex. It was an expression of normal family life in a particular historical context. But with modern notions of seemliness, these pieces were discreetly removed from exhibition catalogues.
She says when artists, curators and critics "are made to feel they have to restrain themselves... this will cause culture to atrophy".・・・

 中国起源、あるいは中国で基本が完成された文化が、日本経由で西洋社会に伝わった例はかなり多い。例えば「味噌」だ。英語では「Miso」。中国人はときおり「してやられた」と悔しさをにじませ、「起源は中国だ!」と指摘する。しかし、一方では「自分たちの文化をあまり重視していなかった。世界に広める努力も不足だった」といった反省の意見も、さかんに発表される。・・・」

・・・Seventy-five years ago, the undercover American mission involved exchanging the United States’ expertise in cracking Japan’s secret communications system, named Purple, with British knowledge of the German Enigma system. It came at a particularly delicate moment as the United States had not, at this stage, entered World War II.
・・・it was such a crucial event because the two countries exchanged “each other’s biggest secrets when we weren’t in a formal alliance at all, we had no obligation to each other and the U.S wasn’t even in the war and wouldn’t be for nearly a year.”・・・
