困ったもんです。
さて、この東京新聞の記事によれば、「改正後は、運用面でも「自衛隊の行動の基本」を所掌してきた内局の運用企画局を廃止し、統合幕僚監部（統幕）に一元化。」する由ですが、確か、もっと早く廃止するはずが、民主党政権になって先送りされたんじゃなかったですかね。
このこととか、「「文官統制」規定廃止」は、私の内局改革案の前提みたいなものであり、遅きに失したと言うべきでしょう。
