以上を配信する直前に、約束の時間帯ぎりぎりにJ:COM係員が２人で来訪。
TVがタブレットで映らないことがある、という問題は、日曜から本日まで、一度も再現されなかったため、よほど来てもらうのを止めようかと思ったけれど、小さい諸問題が、依然残っていたので、結局、来てもらうことにしました。
この２人、もう１人と電話で相談しながら、たっぷり１時間半かけて問題解消に取り組んでくれました。
TVが映らない問題が解消したのは、恐らく、セットトップボックスのソフトの自動更新によるものだろうと言っていましたが、タブレットに関するその他の問題のうちの一つは、タブレット上のセットトップボックスとの連携ソフトのアップグレードによって解消したが、もう一つの問題は解消しないまま課題として残されました。
セットトップボックスがリモコンで起動しにくいという問題については、セットトップボックス上で、リモコンからの受信を赤外線から無線（RF）に変えてくれ、しばらく様子を見ることになりました。
最後の問題以外の問題の発生は、旧JCN太田たるJ:COMとしては、タブレットを扱い始めてからまだ数か月で、しかも、LGのタブレットは扱い始めたばかりであるところ、バグがたくさんありうるのと、係員達がまだ慣れていないこともあり、止むを得ないのかな、といったところです。
（この過程で、イヤホンにも二種類あって、端子に線が３本入っている、iPhone用のイヤホンはLGタブレットには相性が悪いことが分かりました。線が２本しか入っていないイヤホンの方がいいようです。
なお、全然違う話ですが、午前中、ネットで、質の高いイヤホンは質の高いヘッドホンよりも高そうであることに気付き、びっくりしました。）
