http://www.chosunonline.com/site/data/html_dir/2013/04/22/2013042200740.html

http://www.chosunonline.com/site/data/html_dir/2013/04/22/2013042200326.html?ent_rank_news

http://sankei.jp.msn.com/politics/news/130423/plc13042308470011-n1.htm

<太田>

http://sankei.jp.msn.com/politics/news/130423/stt13042300000007-n1.htm

 ・・・the militants' statements they [had] nothing to do with the attack <is valid, since> the insurgency in the North Caucasus has never attacked Americans. They are not legitimate targets.・・・
http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2013/apr/22/tamerlan-tsarnaev-youtube-jihadist-radicalisation
 Denying links to the Boston attack, Dagestani rebels cited a February 2012 command by Doku Umarov, the head of the Caucasus Emirate, an umbrella group that includes the biggest regional insurgencies operating in Russia's mainly Muslim south, calling for a halt to attacks on civilians.
 The FBI questioned him in the US in 2011, after a request from a foreign government, widely believed to be Russia. Why Russia then allowed him to enter the country one year later and travel to a region known to be in the grips of an Islamist insurgency remains unclear.・・・
http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2013/apr/22/tamerlan-tsarnaev-dagestan-boston-bombing
 ・・・“The FSB is mad at a lot of Chechens,・・・Not all of them are terrorists, and even fewer of them are dangerous to the United States.”

Arun Kundnani has pointed out, that violence is inherent or implied in Muslims who become deeply religious.

http://www.slate.com/articles/news_and_politics/frame_game/2013/04/the_boston_bombers_parents_anzor_tsarnaev_and_zubeidat_tsarnaeva_are_full.html

 ・・・ Dzhokhar Tsarnaev・・・was charged with using weapons of mass destruction in the Boston Marathon bombing. But a vocal group of fans says he’s innocent—and we should leave the guy alone. ・・・
http://www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2013/04/22/the-dzhokhar-tsarnaev-admiration-society.html

 The more・・・Americans・・・get to know about the Tsarnaev brothers, though, the more it will become clear that they will now have to get used to a new breed of terrorist.
 In retrospect, the Americans probably should have registered sooner that their faith in their ability to successfully integrate immigrants wasn't as foolproof as they often believed. Faisal Shahzad, the Pakistani man who attempted to set off a bomb on Times Square in 2010, had successfully applied for US citizenship shortly before the incident. Nidal Malik Hasan, who shot and killed 13 people at the Fort Hood military base in Texas one year earlier, had even worked as an Army psychiatrist. In his novel, "The Reluctant Fundamentalist," author Mohsin Hamid describes a successful Wall Street banker with Pakistani roots who slowly becomes radicalized after 9/11. Hamid's conclusion is that even those who have success can still feel they are excluded from society, and that terrorism is not the exclusive realm of those without prospects.

The strike at Boston is, in all probability, the first terrorist attack in the United States in which the issues of tribalism and homegrown terrorism merged. True, 18 of the 19 hijackers on 9/11 had Yemeni tribal backgrounds. But they planned their attack from abroad. In contrast, other terrorists, such as Maj. Nidal Hasan at Fort Hood, were homegrown but did not have tribal backgrounds.・・・
 the Chechen are guided by a code of honor, in their case called nokhchalla. The code emphasizes courage, hospitality, revenge, and the protection of women. Each member of the tribe is linked to another and descended from a common ancestor. While Islam is part of their identity, it is Chechen tribal identity which defines them.
 ・・・in the 1990s. By the end of the decade, the slaughter had resulted in the deaths of about 10 percent of the entire Chechen population and the displacement of one-third.

U.S. politicians and the public seem likely to continue to support uncritically the extravagant measures associated with an irrational policy of "zero tolerance" for terrorism, as opposed to much-more-than-zero tolerance for nearly all other threats of violence.・・・
http://www.foreignpolicy.com/articles/2013/04/22/black_and_white_and_red_all_over_boston_bombing_terrorists_media?page=full

The barbaric thought patterns of the attackers begin to exert their real toxic effect when the innocent victims turn to violence themselves.・・・
